These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of paceautolift.com (the "Site") and your communications with Pace Auto Lift ("Pace Auto Lift," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.

Please note: these Terms cover use of this website and the requests you submit through it. They do not replace the written service agreement that governs any installation, repair, sales, or relocation work we perform for you. Where a signed service agreement exists, that agreement controls the work, pricing, warranty, and payment terms.

1Who We Are

Pace Auto Lift is an authorized automotive lift dealer providing installation, repair, sales, and relocation services to dealerships, collision centers, and automotive shops throughout the United States.

2Use of This Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Site
  • Use the Site or any information from it for unsolicited commercial messaging

3Quote Requests and Inquiries

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a binding contract, a reservation of equipment, or a scheduled service appointment. It is a request for information.

  • All quotes are estimates and remain subject to confirmation, site conditions, equipment availability, and final written agreement.
  • Quotes may expire, and pricing is subject to change based on manufacturer pricing, freight, and site requirements.
  • Work begins only after a written agreement is executed by both parties.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including facility details, equipment specifications, and access conditions.

4Products, Equipment, and Manufacturer Terms

Pace Auto Lift is an authorized dealer for equipment manufacturers including BendPak, Triumph, Direct Lift, and Forward. Equipment sold by Pace Auto Lift is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, and manufacturer terms, specifications, and limitations apply to that equipment.

Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we are authorized to sell and service.

Product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided for reference. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice, and we do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete or current at all times.

5Service Work

Installation, repair, and relocation services are governed by the written service agreement executed for that job. That agreement sets out the scope of work, pricing, deposit and payment terms, warranty on labor, and cancellation terms. Nothing on this Site modifies a signed service agreement.

Safe operation, ongoing inspection, and maintenance of installed equipment are the responsibility of the equipment owner in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety regulations.

6Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive messages relating to quotes, appointment confirmations, service scheduling, and job updates at the phone number you provide.

  • Opting in is optional and is never a condition of requesting a quote, purchasing equipment, or receiving service.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7Intellectual Property

The Pace Auto Lift name, logo, and the content of this Site — including text, layout, and graphics we own — are the property of Pace Auto Lift and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

This section applies to the Site itself. It does not limit any warranty provided in a signed service agreement or any manufacturer's warranty on equipment.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pace Auto Lift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of this Site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pace Auto Lift and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11Third-Party Links

The Site may link to manufacturer or other third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
